He has been there for the last week doing an SIV course using a Fusion 20. His objective, find out the limits of the Fusion 20 in a controlled environment. In an email from him he said,

“In the build up to the SIV course I am also honing my paragliding skills ahead of competitions later this year.”

As noted in an earlier post he just filed a claim for the FAI ‘Speed Over Straight Course 15/25 km’ world record (out and return).

Pokhara, Nepal is a mecca for paragliding pilots this time of the year and he will be in Nepal until the 22nd of March for testing and some sight seeing. In the email he said he plans on doing some trekking while at the SIV course and explore Majestic Nepal.

Although he is very busy with the testing he hopes to send an update with his progress in the following weeks.
